Wedding Co-ordinator, Harrogate

My client is looking to recruit a new Wedding Co-ordinator for their beautiful Hotel based in Harrogate. Whilst experience within this roles is highly desirable it is by no means essential, candidates could come from, for example, a PA background where they are used to dealing with people and prioritising workloads.

Duties will include:
*Ensuring all calls are dealt with promptly in a friendly manner
*Ensure aware on all company products and offers and to maintain knowledge of Hotel services, layouts and capacities
*Meeting with clients for show rounds and appointments when required

We are currently recruiting for a hotel with an award winning restaurant in York. The hotel uses all fresh food and cooks to a high standard offering an ala carte menu and daily specials.

The role

As the only chef on site you will work to push the service forward and ensure a successful dining service. This role will include all the normal chef duties from preparation to sending plates out.

Experience:

We are looking for a Chef with previous experience as a hotel or Bed & Breakfast chef.. We are looking for a candidate who has experience of working alone and multi tasking.

This position requires applicants with excellent spoken English, a bubbly personality, and good numeracy and IT skills (Word, Excel etc).

As an HOD/team leader they must be able to demonstrate organisational skills and team motivation, specifically to maximise occupancy and room revenue
