An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housing Contact Centre advisor. The successful candidate will have worked within a Housing contact centre environment before and will be familiar with assisting tenants with the following issues;

Repairs
Rent
ASB
Waiting list enquiries
Gas servicing
General housing/estate related enquiries
