Residential Conveyancer - Solicitor - Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer

Our client is looking to recruit a Conveyancer for the Northampton office of the firm (3 branch firm). The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent with experience of running their own caseload of 100+ files.

The successful candidate will be expected to take on the existing workload, continue to grow the client base in the Northampton area and contribute to the development of the Conveyancing department business plan.

Experience of the OMS case management system and Solace are desirable but not essential...

We are currently recruiting for a paralegal/ secretary with a conveyancing background, on behalf of our client in Northamptonshire.

As well as a background in conveyancing, you will also be professional and punctual with a keen eye for detail.

You will be confident, with a great telephone manner and self sufficient- able to work effectively either on your own or as part of a team.
