Our client is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their growing team.
Key Roles:
* Successful candidate must have a valid CPC
* The ability to effectively lead, delegate and people manage
*Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week (5 days out of 7) covering weekend rota.
* 08.00 - 20.30 hours
Responsibilities:
*Managing day-to-day operations; overseeing office administration
* Managing a team of drivers, porters and warehouse operatives

My client is a renowned food manufacturer with a multi-million pound turn-over. A significant injection into capital expenditure has resulted in a major overhaul to machinery as well as on-site development and progression, all of which has enhanced the company's position as a market leader.

As a result of the recent activity they require a Engineering Manager for a days based role to head up and drive a skilled engineering team and supporting the development of existing engineering processes. In addition, you will be responsible for, and have the autonomy to instigate on-site transformations and any shop floor engagement programmes.
