Job Title: Store Cleaning Manager - Services Sector (30 hours a week)

Location: Kilkeel, County Down

Salary: £12,500 + bonus, pension scheme & private medical

You will be entitled to join the Store Cleaning Manager’s Bonus Scheme, after a qualifying period, earning up to £1K subject to achieving set performance targets.

Experienced Chef required for busy kitchen/restaurant in Belfast.

Candidates must have previous experience of preparing and cooking dishes including deserts.

Candidates must be fully flexible, can work independently and can work under pressure due to demands of a busy kitchen.

Hours: 30 hour contract (Between the hours of Mon-Sun 12pm-9pm)

The Chef will be a sole Chef and responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen, including orders, haccp, menus etc. We are looking for someone with passion and drive who would take on this challenge and drive the business forward.

We currently serve lunches Monday - Saturday 12.30 - 2.30, so the chef currently works 10.30 - 3.00 p.m. 6 days a week, however with the right person on board we would be looking at expansion with a view of serving food in the evenings possibly Thursday - Sunday night as well as Sunday lunch.
