This is a brilliant hotel in the north east and it is in need of a Sous Chef. The hotel is the hub of the community and situated in the main square, drawing customers and guests in from all areas. There are 3 main food operations, all with fresh, local produce.
There is a generous salary package for the right person and the successful sous chef will come from either a hotel, gastropub or restaurant background. Alternatively, anyone with a catering background from the forces may find this appealing.
