Description
Our client a multi-national company with an established FM arm of their business is looking for a site based Maintenance Supervisor (Electrically Biased) for a Hospital contract in Newark, Nottinghamshire.
Job Purpose
The post holder will ensure the efficient and effective supervision of the Estates Shift Team based at Newark General Hospital. The Post holder will also carry out maintenance activities in support of the overall maintenance effort. Basic working hours will be 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per week, 08.00 to 16.00 with half hour for lunch.
