Our client is a 4 star resort establishment based in Oxfordshire and due to continued progression within their facility are now seeking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef to join their busy kitchens.

You will be working predominantly straight shifts within a busy kitchen environment that utilises fresh/local produce. Hours are 5-7 out of 7 on a rota basis to included breakfast, lunch and dinner coverage. Uniform is provided and staff accommodation is a possibility.

*The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have previous 3, 4 or 5 star hotel experience with exposure to AA rosette accredited restaurant.

We are looking for a very strong Chef de Partie for this proprietor owned gastro pub.

The successful chef de partie will be part of a brigade of 6 preparing up to 75 covers. There are only very rarely functions.

As chef de partie you will be expected to maintain its already high standards which have gained them 2AA Rosettes, a Bib Gourmand plus many other accolades. AA Gill gave them an outstanding review. That is why no ordinary chef de partie will do and why they are offering London money.

Accommodation can be provided for the succesful chef de partie at a charge of £200 per month.
