This is an opportunity to initially join a family run regional housing maintenance and refurbishment contractor on a 3 month contract with the potential of a permanent placement.

My clients a leading facilities maintenance company require an Estimator to cover bids, tenders and business development for Hard FM contracts throughout the UK.

The successful candidate should have a technical background or extensive knowledge of hard facilities maintenance (eg, commercial heating, Air con, electrical, BMS, etc.) or commercial HVAC or M E installations.
