Talented Pastry Chef de Partie required for an exclusive Stirlingshire country house hotel. The property enjoys an enviable reputation for weddings and the restaurant has 3 rosettes. The Hotel has a busy wedding and banqueting department and a restaurant which has three rosettes.

The Pastry Chef De Partie role will be to work in the pastry department under the guidance of the Head Chef in producing all products for the restaurant and for weddings.
