To be the Company's first point of contact for customer service, accepting orders, dealing with queries and complaints and liaising with internal departments to clarify production and delivery schedules.

In the role of Correspondence Agent you will be required to:-

* Sort and process incoming correspondence
* Using signature for IDV
* Identify and capture any potential complaints and refer as necessary

* Deal with financial reconciliation tasks ie: missing payments, balance transfers, refunds etc)
