The Role:

Our clients direct sales agents sell breakdown cover in supermarkets, shopping centres, service stations, markets and car boot sales.

Ultimately the role involves engaging with the general public, canvassing them and telling them about our clients products and services, building a rapport with them, selling to needs in line with FSA regulations on a face-to-face basis.

Our client, a large drug and alcohol service in Somerset require a Nurse who has substance misuse experience to work a permanent contract.
The successful Nurse must have previous experience working in a criminal justice or community drug and alcohol team.
On a daily basis the Nurse will be required to undertake screening, triage/initial and comprehensive assessments of clients, plan and provide care for individuals undergoing detoxification programmes and
administer medication and monitor effects, including undertaking clinical observations and reporting any abnormalities to the GP.

An opportunity has arisen to live and work in Somerset as a substance misuse worker. Our client a large well established charity is looking to employ a project worker on a permanent basis to work with a mixed caseload of clients from various backgrounds including criminal justice.

The successful candidate will be required to complete care plans to a high standard for clients who have substance misuse issues, pro actively manage a caseload and provide both brief and complex interventions and offer tier 2 and tier 3 services to all service users.
