Company information: Our client a Regional family owned maintenance and refurbishment contractor has an immediate permanent opening for a Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor.

the main purpose of the role is to supervise an in house and subcontracted workforce working on reactive repairs and planned works on void properties, and to manage specialist sub contractors to ensure the customer received an efficient service.
