Leasehold Coordinator

Eden Brown in association with a major national housing association are seeking a Leasehold Coordinator.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

·Previous experience of working in leasehold, an understanding of the financial implications for this housing tenure and an understanding of the various leases.
