You must have:

*5 years' proven knowledge and experience of Family Law casework, including membership of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Family Law or Children's Panel.

*Meets the LSC criteria and qualifies as a Supervisor in Family Law.

*In good professional standing with the Solicitors Regulation Authority, no adverse findings by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal, or conditions on your Practising Certificate.
