I have an exciting new job as a Progression Worker in County Durham.

The role operates Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, however the role does offer flexibility should you require.

A level 3 or 4 NVQ in advice and guidance is essential for this role. An enhanced CRB is also essential for this role.

In this role your responsibilities will include giving career advice to young people who are not engaged in employment, education or learning, refer young people to learning opportunities and liase and maintain regular contact with young people to ensure individual needs are met.
