An opportunity has arisen for a Locum Planning Lawyer in the Newcastle area.
You will have previous experience as a Planning Lawyer gained from Local Government. You will have experience dealing in Planning and Highways law, drafting agreements pursuing to Section 106 agreements of the Town and Country Planning Act 1009 and Section 278 of the Highways Act 1980, additionally you will have experience of planning enforcement work.
