Main duties

· Arranging corporate social responsibility activities on behalf of the office. These include organisation of work experience visits, reading and writing sessions at local schools and mentoring programmes for local school children.

· Supporting the Business Support Policy team in all Business Continuity Plan and environmental management system matters.

· Dealing with telephone enquiries and personal callers to the section, providing advice and ensuring that they are dealt with as efficiently and quickly as possible.

Our client a supplier to the Defence Industry are looking for an Engineering Administrator or Junior Engineer from an Engineering background. You must hold SC level clearance!!!. The role is based in South Wales and will be on a long term contract basis.

The role will involve collation of data, data management, report writing and extensive liaison with Engineers.
