Main duties

· Arranging corporate social responsibility activities on behalf of the office. These include organisation of work experience visits, reading and writing sessions at local schools and mentoring programmes for local school children.

· Supporting the Business Support Policy team in all Business Continuity Plan and environmental management system matters.

· Dealing with telephone enquiries and personal callers to the section, providing advice and ensuring that they are dealt with as efficiently and quickly as possible.
