Immediate Requirement for EPC Surveyor on a contract basis in Newport.

My client, a local social housing provider, has an urgent requirement for a qualified EPC Surveyor

The role is within the Asset team and will require the Surveyor to scrutinise certain aspects of EPC data and carry out surveys where required.

The position is based near Newport and will be a temporary contract lasting between 2-3 months. The successful candidate MUST have experience of undertaking EPC Surveys, ideally within a Social Housing environment, and be available for an immediate starts.
