We are looking for a Head Chef for an all fresh food restaurant near Aberystwyth, West Wales, The restaurant offers a brasserie styled menu including pastas, fresh baked breads, fresh fish, steaks and clay oven baked pizza. Everything is made fresh on site and uses quality locally sourced ingredients where possible.
