This role is a 6 month contract.
You will be working for our client based on Binley Business Park.
In the role of Correspondence Agent you will be required to:-

* Sort and process incoming correspondence
* Using signature for IDV
* Identify and capture any potential complaints and refer as necessary
* Manually pass letters to different departments
* Deal with financial reconciliation tasks ie: missing payments, balance transfers, refunds etc)
* Processing Invoices

Candidates must be methodical and be able to demonstrate attention to detail.
