Job Purpose

To provide a high quality, professional support function with responsibility for improving corporate governance, risk management and audit planning across the company. To lead on all information governance issues alongside the Company Secretary and ensure all statutory obligations through its adherence to and compliance with legislation with regards Companies, Data Protection and Freedom of Information Act requirements.
