Our client, a vehicle leasing specialist, is currently looking for an experienced Maintenance & Downtime Control Manager to join their busy, growing team based in Trowbridge.

ROLE PURPOSE:

Plan, direct and manage the activities of the HCCVS Maintenance Control, Downtime and Customer recharges teams (6 direct reports managing a team of c36 FTE) to deliver class leading service levels 24/7 by managing vehicle operating costs within agreed budgets throughout their lifecycle, maximising on road time and the accurate and timely recharging of costs.
