Automotive Warranty Administrator required in Worcester, West Midlands.
Our client, a busy motor trade main car dealership in the Worcester area, currently requires an Experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator.
The successful candidate's responsibility will be to produce claims for work covered by a form of insurance guarantee or warranty, for submission to the manufacturer or appropriate company for payment.
The purpose of the role is the analysis, documentation and management of customer projects.
The successful candidate should have strong written skills, any experience of producing detailed documents that require analysis of information. English or History type degree or similar background would also be relevant.
Some industry background in either Insurance or other Financial Services would be preferred.
Project management skills, customer service skills and experience of working on multiple simultaneous projects within deadlines.
