We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to assist the Engineering Manager with the running of the maintenance department and supervise a team Maintenance Team of 11.

The Successful Candidate Will Be:
• Responsible for all operational issues in respect of directing, controlling and coordinating all engineering activities; ensuring the smooth running of operations.

Established firm of independent estate agents requires a Sales Manager with a proven track record to join their team.

You must have at least twos' experience in estate agency management, preferably more, and be able to demonstrate your ability to build rapport with customers and the tenacity to see things through to completion. You will manage a small team, overseeing their performance and providing coaching and mentorship. You will lead from the front in terms of securing new properties through effective valuations, conducting viewings and closing sales.

You will be self-motivated and enjoy working towards sales targets.

This is a great opportunity for an Asbestos Surveyor to join an established Asbestos Consultancy. The ideal candidate will be P402 qualified and will be experienced in undertaking all types of asbestos surveys The starting salary for this role is flexible and the role comes with a company van.
