My Client is a well established Building Maintenance Compamy that specialise in Building Management System Controls (BMS Controls). They are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operations Supervisor to be based at the Bromsgrove Offices. Your role will be to work with the Senior Contract Manager and over see the daily office operations. You will be responsible for supervising the administration team, labour control, engineering team, authorising the ordering of parts etc.
