Our Client is a leading manufacturer of bearings supplying to World Class Car Manufactures. Established in 1921 they have a reputation as a premiere employer in the area and they are currently looking to recruit Machine Operatives.
As a Machine Operative you will have sole responsibility for the safe running of a pre-set machine, initial fault finding on breakdown and /or equipment failures. You will be required to observe the end of line for Quality and ensuring product meets specification requirements. Report any ongoing problems to a member of the engineering team. High levels of housekeeping must be maintained at all times, inline with strict health and saftey regulations.
This particular job is face paced and experience of running machines or working with a similar process would be an advantage.
Hours of work: Mon-Fri 3 shift rotation, Nights/ Days/ Afternoons.
Sat/ Sun - Overtime available.

CNC Programmer Setter Operator, to program, set and operate STAR SLIDING HEAD LATHES
The ideal candidate will speak fluent English.
Have the ability to read technical drawings.
Edit or Program lathes using FANUC controls.
Set machines using existing programs to produce “first off” components.
Run and Operate sliding head lathes.
Work to fine surface finishes/tolerances.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be responsible for own quality
To work within a small company and communicate with other members of staff.
EDUCATION
To have a good general education.
Apprentice trained skilled engineer.
EXPERIENCE
Fanuc or similar programming experience.
Vast Turning knowledge.

We Offer an Annual Salary Between £20K & £26K Depending on skill level
