The Just Recruitment Group are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant with strong Payroll experience reporting to the Accounts Supervisor and the Finance Director. Must have Sage Payroll experience. * To enter payroll onto sage using information for weekly and monthly employees using information from Tensor Time Management System. (Currently working towards transferring automatically from Tensor to Sage) Splitting pay into different rates of overtime, applying shift supplements, calculating holiday pay, SSP, SPP and SMP etc where applicable. *Produce all reports required weekly/monthly for directors. Including production costs and attendance. *Pays all employees by BACs. *Entering all payments onto Sage accounts package *Enter journals onto Sage Line 50 re payroll. *Maintain all personnel records, including holiday allocations. *Deal with admin for new starters and leavers including producing terms and conditions and issuing of all documentation and ensuring everything is returned from new employees. *All returns for HM Revenue under RTI and producing P60s and P11D. *Any other admin required for payroll and HR as requested. The Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for their client based in Halstead, Essex. Suitable applicants will ideally have qualifications / proven experience in: *Machine breakdown diagnosis and repair. (From CNC to traditional machine tools) *Maintenance of Utilities and Installations. (Heating, lighting, ventilation, craneage, etc.) *General facility maintenance *Installation/moving of machine tools, etc. *Electrical Training (17th edition desirable) Although the role is predominantly mechanically biased, the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be tasked with the planned, reactive and preventative maintenance of a range of machines. This will involve electrical and mechanical fault finding, changing motors, fixing switches, replacing cables, working on pneumatics & hydraulics, water systems, heat exchangers, pumps and compressed air systems. The successful applicant will also be involved with installation projects and various continuous improvement initiatives including the introduction of a TPM program. The role will also cover the maintenance of the facility as a whole and will include duties related to the building upkeep and operation. Person Specification To be considered, applicants will ideally hold recognised qualifications / training in Mechanical and / or Electrical Engineering. Also, they will be able to demonstrate previous backgrounds providing multi-skilled maintenance cover within a similar manufacturing environment.
