Our very well known and respected Bank client is keen to attract a quality Financial Adviser to support the Retail (High Street Bank) Branch Manager by providing a full financial planning service to both new and existing customers.
THE ROLE
Meeting with new and existing customers, identifying needs for financial services and products offering "best advice" and where appropriate making referrals or selling products to meet those needs.
Provide full financial planning and advice.
Provide effective support, quality feedback and coaching to less knowledgeable colleagues, by acting as a role model for branch/area staff.
Comply with procedures and meet or exceed National performance, quality and activity standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Full CeFA/FPC (or equivalent)
FSA Registration/Regulatory clearance will be required before assuming role
Competent Advisor Status
