** MORTGAGE ADVISOR / MORTGAGE CONSULTANT / MORTGAGE BROKER / CEMAP*** Our Client is one of the UK's major banking organisations. Due to current expansion and the re-launch of the mortgage brand they are looking for an enthusiastic & ambitious fully CeMap qualified Mortgage Advisor to write mortgage business across the company's diverse and competitive product range. * Your main responsibility will be to convert quality leads provided by sales/counter staff within the branch and to achieve targets in your mortgage and related product sales. The Bank are looking for team players and relationship builders who are able to come into the business and have a major impact on the performance of non-regulated sales staff through coaching and supporting them to generate further business for you.* If you are CeMap qualified, highly motivated, sales driven with a strong focus on customer service and building relationships with your clients, this could be the opportunity for you. Ideally you are currently hold CeMap 1, CeMap 2, and CeMap 3 and are working as a Registered Mortgage Advisor as you will need to be able to demonstrate a record of sales success in both current and recent roles. Competitive basic salary comes as standard, along with one of the more advanced commission structures within the UK Banking environment, which can lead to first year earnings in excess of �50k.* This is an ideal role for a top performing CeMap qualified Mortgage Advisor to have the opportunity to develop and progress within a fast moving international firm, whilst significantly increasing their earning potential.** Experience of working as a Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Consultant, Mortgage Broker, Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Financial Advisor, Independent Financial Advisor or Whole of Market Financial Advisor would be advantageous as would the full CeMap qualification **
