Motor Claims Handler x3 Salary range 13 �18k

Our client is looking for Motor Claims handlers. You will have experience of dealing with Motor claims in any area (PI, TP, Fault, Fraud, 1st notification) either from a broker, insurance company, accident management company or solicitors to be considered for this role.

Our client act on behalf of a national broker dealing with all types of motor claims, fault & non-fault accidents, fires, thefts and windscreen and are responsible for managing the entire claims process, from initial notification until settlement, on behalf of the policyholder.

The role is therefore to contribute to the provision of an effective and efficient Claims Service, liasing with customers and other internal and external working partners as required.

Main Duties:
This role is situated within our busy telephone unit servicing the motor customers of a national brokerage.
�You will respond to all incoming claim enquiries that are received in our telephone unit, giving the appropriate assistance and guidance to all clients throughout the entire claims process.
�You will handle claims from inception to completion.
�You will identify all potential income earning opportunities for the Company and immediately notify these to the nominated working partners to maintain the profitability of the account.
�You will ensure that a pro-active approach to claims handling is maintained through the proper use of an internal diary system.
�You will maintain accurate claim records to ensure that all files remain up to date and current at all times.
