The vacancy in brief
A new vacancy of Accounts Assistant; in this specific role, you will be working with 3 others.
Our client
With an annual turnover of 14 million, our client has been established for over 20 years. They are specialists within their sector and are constantly becoming more and more successful.
The role
Within this role, the successful applicant will mainly deal with both sales and purchase ledgers for the companies sub contractors. You will be in charge of dealing with petty cash, CIS and VAT returns, general bookkeeping duties up to a trail balance level, preparation of various nominal account spreadsheets and other AdHoc responsibilities.
Experience & skills required
Our client is looking for someone that has experience within this type of role and past experience working with sub contractors is preferred.
Accounting software used is Opera/Pegasus, knowledge of this is preferred but not essential.
