Detailed Description

Our client currently operates a network of busy branches and estate agents within the west coast area and due to expansion has Mortgage Consultant vacancies in Paisley & Cambuslang. You�ll be following up qualified leads as well as your own referrals in an informal, professional and friendly manner.

About the Role

Our client has built a reputation across the West Coast, by successfully understanding and meeting the needs of it's customers within a face to face environment. As an employee of our client, you will be expected to identify these needs, through an excellent background within the industry.

The role involves dealing with inbound customers within a branch environment, so confidence and great communication skills are a pre-requisite. The ideal candidate would have a proven track record within mortgage sales, but applicants with relevant experience in sales or retail will also be considered.

Requirements

� A proven track-record with a targeted sales environment
� Highly motivated, responsive and energetic individual
� Excellent communication skills
� Confident and reassuring manner
� Hungry for success & motivated by rewards
� Customer focused
� PC literate
� Candidates must hold full CeMap or recognised equivalent
� A full clean Drivers License
� The ability to work to your own initiative

Hours: Office Hours Vary (9-5 Mentality need not apply)

Rewards

You will be rewarded with one of the most generous incentive programs in the market.

Salary: �12,000 + Uncapped Commission (paid monthly).
Average Combined Earnings (�40 � 50K)
