We are seeking a Finance Assistant to be based in our head office in Welwyn Garden City/Barnet. This role is a great opportunity for an individual who is keen to become involved in all areas of a finance department, and who wants to ?make their mark? in a company!
You will be working very closely with the Finance Manager, based in a team of 5. The main duties of the role will include: preparing financial reports; bank reconciliations; profit & loss; purchase ledger; covering the preparation of management accounts; payroll duties, and other duties as delegated by the Finance Manager.
To qualify for this role, you must be AAT or part-AAT qualified, and have experience of SAGE, Excel and purchase ledger. The ideal candidate will have a flexible and positive approach, and be able to work on their own initiative without close supervision.
