Our client is a well established UK wide financial institution and is currently looking to recruit several Branch Managers across the Birmingham region due to recent company expansion.
Possessing previous managerial experience you will be employed to manage a team of advisors in a retail based financial environment. You will manage your teams performance levels, take ownership of customer requirements/needs, ensure that all budgets are achieved on a monthly/annual basis and ensure that you coach and develop your staff to a high standard.
You will be a customer focused individual with strong leadership skills and you will possess previous experience in sales management.
