An all en-compassing role where you will track and trace customers who have �skipped� payment of debt. This involves utilising internal/external tracing agencies, liaising with Debt Management Companies to review the debt to negotiate payment plans to the customer coupled with providing a high level of customer care and training and coaching team members when necessary.

To be a successful applicant you will have worked within a financial institution, have excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
