Permanent ⁄ �45000 - �55000

The Financial Controller will take responsibility for overseeing the running of the Finance department whilst also supporting the business both strategically and commercially. The Financial Controller will report to the the Finance Director and will act as business partner to the Commercial Director and the Marketing Director based on site in Manchester.

Responsibilities will include:
� Responsible for a finance department of 12
� Working closely with the other senior managers reviewing the ongoing performance of the business and contributing commercially to the decision making process
� Review and reporting of daily/weekly and monthly statistics
� Dealing with the auditors in completing the annual statutory accounts
� Compliance with Group reporting requirements
� Developing accounting processes and control mechanisms within the company
� Production, review and implementation of annual budgets and periodic updates
� Providing ongoing support to the commercial director on various strategic operations
�Ongoing systems and process improvements
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who has had experience of running a finance department. Candidates will have good strong commercial attributes as well as a strong accounting background. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills are essential due to the commercial nature of this role.
