Compliance Manager - Based in Reading, Berks.
An excellent position has become available within a leading FMCG organisation. This role will develop and implement a Risk Management process for the business that complies with the corporate requirements, proactively identifying where improvements can be made. You will be involved in the roll out strategy for the new Internal Control Framework to ensure continued awareness and shared ownership is achieved. Provide input and guidance to the process owners for SOX compliance and complete Controls testing on a regular basis. Developing one direct report and supporting other team members by identifying requirements and completing necessary plans. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/IIA or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience. The ideal candidate will come from a Big 4 background with in-depth SOX knowledge. Excellent benefits including car allowance and bonus. |
