Ken Murphy in the Cork office of CareerWise Recruitment requires a Part Qualified Cost Accountant Manufacturing for a 6 month contract.
THE ROLE:
*Stock Control with focus on accurate book to physical through use of extensive Cycle Counting on JDE explanation of variance with corrective action
*Stock Reporting at month end for all SBUs
*Responsible for receipting & monitoring all Production Works Orders through to financially closing these Orders
*Detailed Variance Analysis (Material, Labour & PPV) with commentary and corrective action
*Sales, Cost of Sales & margin analysis for Ireland and all other companies
*Maintaining adequate Stock Provision and reporting on same
*Responsible for setting standard costs for all new and existing SKUs for Ireland and maintaining these costs on JDE
*Budget and Strategic Plan preparation
*Headcount Analysis
*Monitor accuracy of BOMs and Production routings to ensure current cost is correct
*Monitor Waste
*Ad Hoc reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
*Part qualified CIMA
*JDEdwards system experience would be a huge advantage or other equivalent
