Description

Fast growing Insurance Company, based in Chatham require a Claims Technician to join their team.
You will be part of a team dealing with Technical process of proportional Treaty and/or Reinsurance Claims. Working in a team of around 10, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a friendly and successful team. You will have regular contact with customers in the market so you will be able to demonstrate confident customer facing skills.
You will be responsible for agreeing certain claims, interrogating adjuster and lawyer reports, calculate predicted loss value for outstanding claims and update the database system.
You must be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of the Lloyd�s Market at interview, have over 1 years� experience within claims, be familiar with Excel and/or Access, be a self starter, pursuing the qualifications through ACII and an understanding of premiums and how they are paid.
