The Role:
· Report Financial performance in Hyperion with supporting back up
· Inter Company & Bank Reconciliations and other key B/S reconciliations
· Maintain Cash Management
· Process Central Service Charges – Lease Plan
· Support Snr Financial Analyst, maintain and enhance financial controls
· Report performance in Hyperion
· Complete reconciliations of key Accounts (Bank Rec’s/ Inter Company Prepaid )
· Process GL journals in Oracle
· Prepare Periodic Charges – Lease plan /Rate/Insurance
· Maintain Cash management on a Daily Basis
· Complete periodic, quarterly and annual Hyperion schedules to further analyse performance
· Prepare VAT Support
· Report OOBs positions to New York
The Person:
· An understanding of accounting processes
· Confident of interfacing with more senior personnel
· Good spreadsheet skills and experience of using accounting packages
· Good communication skills
· Comfortable with working in a changing environment
· Degree educated or equivalent
· Ideally CIMA or AAT part qualified
