Our client is an international company originating from Hamburg, Germany with their UK site based in Birmingham. Their well known product ranges include Nivea and Elastoplast and they specialise in toiletries and healthcare products.

The company are looking to recruit a Finance Graduate Trainee to start in September 2007.

One of your first placements will be within the Controlling department which is a commercially focused Financial department supporting Sales, Operations and Marketing. You will be involved in financial analysis and reporting whilst building relationships with internal customers. Specific reporting tasks will include variance analysis, profit forecasting and budgeting.

As part of the Graduate Training Programme you will enjoy excellent CIMA support within the role as well as having the opportunity to gain experience across the whole Finance department.

Qualifications:

Candidates should ideally have a degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business or related degree (ideally with a 2:1 or above). Related work experience or a placement year would be a distinct advantage.

You must have strong interpersonal skills with the enthusiasm to learn and gain experience in a successful FMCG company with world renowned brands. You must also be energetic and ambitious with a determination to succeed and will relish the business challenges of a quality driven world-class organisation.
