Description		To take inbound calls from customers who currently have preferential services with their banks To assist customers with their enquiries may have a need to book theatre and hotel bookings or may have a lost or stolen card and need for it to be cancelled and renewed To process all details onto the systems , produce confirmation and booking forms where require Assist any customers who may want to amend or question and existing booking or enquiry Shift pattern between 3pm and 8pm Shift pattern between 4pm and 8pm Shifts pattern between 9.15 and -14.45am Shift pattern between 8am and 3pm Shift patterns between 5pm and 10pm 16 hours shift patterns between 4pm and 9pm BENEFITS Free car parking Pension and life insurance Free hot drinks Social club Commission on top of a basic wage Fantastic progression opportunities
