Amoria Bond are looking for a senior functional SAP HR Consultant with expertise in Performance / Talent Management for this 3 month contract based in North Holland.
Workload:
- Delivery of the process design for the SAP ESS/MSS performance management modules;
- Implementation of this model;
- Coordination of Integration- and acceptance testing;
- Language: Preferable Dutch, but English acceptable
Skills and Experience needed -
SAP Talent/Management
SAP Compensation Management
SAP Appraisel Management
- Business maturity
- Strong knowledge in business processes for the functional area
- Ability to translate business processes into SAP in order to guide SAP team
- Ability to respond and relate to all levels of the business

Werkdruk:
- Levering van het procesontwerp voor de SAP ESS / MSS performance management modules;
- Implementatie van dit model;

- Taal: Bij voorkeur Nederlands, maar Engels mogelijk
Vaardigheden en ervaring nodig
- Business looptijd

- Vermogen om te reageren en hebben betrekking op alle niveaus van het bedrijf
