We urgently need an experienced IT Manager with strong people management skills (team of 15) and with a solid appreciation of IT infrastructures and IT operations to join the management team within this leading organisation.
The remit will be to be drive ITIL best practice across the IT infrastructure, and have responsibility for IT infrastructure, IT Security, all ITIL processes (Change, Incident, problem management), Data Centre Management and all operational delivery of infrastructure services.
It is essential that you have gravitas to lead, motivate and engage with the business as well as staff , a technical appreciation of Microsoft and Virtualisation environments, have strong process and people management skills, as well as a solid ITIL background.
This would best suit a dynamic and motivated person who strives for improvements to service, operational delivery and maximising the IT infrastructures team potential!
