This a great opportunity to join the Client Management Team as a Corporate Account Manager. Were looking for a highly experienced new business winner/senior Account Manager to secure new profitable corporate clients with provision across Bupas Corporate Service range, along with managing large corporate clients as required. This type of role requires a strategic approach to securing new business and account management, involving complex negotiations at a very senior level. Youll be expected to deliver against challenging individual sales targets and to maintain up to date market knowledge in order to offer best consultancy advice on an integrated corporate healthcare strategy. Key Responsibilities
.Identifying specific new corporate account business opportunities and target them individually.
.Converting leads to new business
.Responding to leads and tenders
.Following up marketing initiatives according to agreed plans
.Managing, developing and renewing a small portfolio of mid market clients through development and maintaining of relationships
.Identifying potential problems and actioning solutions to ensure best customer service and maximum retention of business
.Achieving business levels in line with agreed targets, objectives and client service levels
.Understanding the needs and opportunities of each client
.Understanding the needs of your clients and using this information to form strong and professional working relationships in the interest of the customer and Bupa
.Intoducing and expanding non PMI products with the new and existing client base
.Working in partnership with the Specialist Sales team to maximise business opportunities
.Understanding the aims, goals and objectives of the business, linking this in to sales plans
.Keeping up to date on all Bupa products and services
Specific Skills
.Youll have a proven track record in securing new business and account management
.Have up to date knowledge of the healthcare market, along with an understanding of the business dynamics of Bupa
.Experience of succeeding in negotiations with client contacts at middle to senior management
Strong verbal and written and communication skills
.Ability to develop relationships at all levels externally and internally
.Well organised with effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
.Highly motivated and able to work your on own initiative
.Understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence
