The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and have excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities

>Providing a world class standard of customer service and patient care

>Understanding the company guidelines regarding our procedures, candidacy and patient interaction

>Maximise sales by actively targeting potential customers out with the store or shopping centre with promotional material or other means deemed appropriate by the Store Manager

>Assisting the store team in achieving sales targets

>Conducting accurate and thorough Pre Screening of all Patients

Requirements

>Retail and/or clinical experience is preferred
>Exceptional customer service skills
>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
>Well presented and conscientious
>Previous optical experience would be an advantage
