Our expanding client is currently seeking a strong Administrator with excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills to help with all HR duties within the HR team.

The hours will be 27.5 over the week, 5.5 hours per day.

Main Duties:
- Carrying out all main administration duties within the office
- First line advice for all HR queries
- Setting up new employee files
- Tracking the return of all employment
- Data inputting
- Monitoring of sickness absence
- Advising and liasing with payroll ro ensure that all payments to employees are correct
- Compiling ad hoc reports from HR system as requested
- Sending template letters
- Understanding the need for confidentiality

Qualifications and Experience:
- PC Skills: Word, Excel and Basic PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Strong administration skills is essential
- Preferable possess knowledge of a HR role


This position is a permanent, part-time position that will be based in WGC although very rarely you may be required to travel to other sites within the UK.
