Description		Parkhouse Bell is seeking individuals who are seeking to broaden their Account Management experience for one of the UK�s top training providers working within the Welfare to Work sphere. This multi-national organisation, renowned for their exceptional internal professional development program is looking to appoint an Account Manager to work in London engaging with employers and learners across the Basildon area. The ideal applicant will have welfare to work sector experience and be well versed in managing an existing client base. Skilled in creating, identifying and establishing new opportunities, you will be able to develop these into a successful commercial relationships. You will need to be a true sales person with excellent attention to detail and a passion for what you do. No 2 days will be the same � this is definitely not a job for the feint hearted! Thriving on a challenge, you will be target driven, self motivated and want to make a significant change in people�s lives. Working within the Welfare to Work sector, the job involves assisting jobseekers and unemployed people obtain suitable, sustainable employment. Those with sales training qualifications or similar are encouraged to apply; as are applicants with a strong sales / recruitment or account management background. Whilst a degree is highly regarded it is not compulsory, as a desire to showcase your talents and skills promoting the clients products and services will see you rise to the top in minimum time. Preference will be given to candidates who hold a full driving license and have access to a car as this role involves daily travel around the region.
